I'm running in aid of Bethany, a charity which works to help the homeless through providing food, shelter, and support for those who have nothing. Something which I believe to be more important than ever in the current economic climate.

The half-marathon is a real challenge for me, and would love to be able to use the opportunity to raise awareness and generate a bit of dosh for my charity. Please contribute if you can but don't feel obliged to, just send happy running vibes my way on the 5th of September!
