Hiya

From running 5km to completing the Great North Run in 2004 I have decided to take a challenge of a lifetime, for 2006 I am going to complete the London Marathon...a full 26.2 miles!

A few months ago it didnt seem so bad, but trust me with only a few weeks to go it feels as though the pressure is on...

So I am asking all my family and friends to edge me on and give me all the encouragement I need to complete this great endeavour.

I feel that my achievements should benefit others........so I have chosen to back the charity 'SCOPE' - About cerebral Palsy.  For disabled people achieving equality
