Story

Hello!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am doing the LONDON MARATHON on April 25th, raising money for St Wilfred's Hospice in Eastbourne.

Why this charity?

This is the amazing place my dad came to in his final few days before he died of prostate cancer in November 2008. The staff here were fantastic, couldn't do enough for us all and allowed dad to die in the dignity he deserved.

This hospice is not just for the dying but also for those in need simply of rehabiliton and respite.

This is my chance to say thank you for their support and kindness.

I hope you feel able to donate a little or a lot to help them continue doing what they do best - caring.

Thank you,

Helen
