I'm committing to "walk a mile with jelly in my wellies" to make sure that no family goes through a crisis alone. 

For many of the families that Safe Families volunteers come alongside, life is really hard. But it's not always obvious that people are struggling. It's a bit like seeing someone walking along in their wellies, and not knowing that they are actually full of jelly, and the walk is so much harder because of it! Over 1,000 families like this each year are supported by Safe Families volunteers but we can only do this with your help. 

So this summer a group of us will be walking a mile with Jelly in our Wellies. As we squelch, gloop and slosh along every pound raised will go towards providing the support and connections a family need to help them with the challenges life throws at them.
