I'm running my first half marathon at the Chester Half in May. I'm not a very fast or natural runner, so I expect it to be a challenge!

I'm raising money for two charities - the Terrence Higgins Trust and Help for Heroes. Both of them do astonishing work to help brave people live full lives.
