Story
Last year mum got cancer. Not knowing how to help, understanding what was going on with her, or how I would help her recover alongside a really challenging job, I rang MacMillan in desperation.
In ten minutes flat, a MacMillan nurse was able to reassure me that this was as good as it possibly could be, tell me what I would need to help her bounce back, and gave me enough information to enable me to navigate the support that mum was being offered. That phonecall was invaluable.
Now that life is back to normal, I'm running a Eurovision Song Contest sweepstake to say thanks to MacMillan, and spread a little boom-bang-a-bang joy. Every entrant is asked to consider giving a donation to MacMillan, and perhaps Love will Shine a Light on everyone too.
