As you may know we lost my mum to ovarian cancer nearly two years ago. They call it the silent killer and it is the fourth common cause of death in women, yet we don't know enough about it and there isn't a screening programme for it. So we would like to raise awareness of this terrible desease and raise some money to help with research.

We are running, well Adam and Vivien are running and I am running and walking if I have to be honest, in the Bupa Manchester 10k Run and we are asking you to sponsor us. Any amount would be a great help because it might help another family by curing their loved one.
