We provide emergency support to seafarers to give help and hope for crews worldwide

Story

Thank you for visiting our page, and (hopefully) for donating.

We are part of a crew selected from members of the Maritime Industry in Singapore who are rowing around the island of Singapore. The crew's goal is to raise S$750,000 (GBP375,000) for The Mission to Seafarers – the world’s largest international maritime welfare charity providing help and support to crews in ports worldwide. The team-mates from Hill Dickinson aim to raise S$30,000 (GBP15,000) between them.

Mission RASI is the first of its kind endurance relay row around Singapore.  On 22 and 23 April 2015, to coincide with Singapore Maritime Week and Singapore’s 50th anniversary year, over 40 representatives of the international maritime community will row around Singapore Island.  These brave people, many of whom have never rowed before, plan to circumnavigate Singapore’s 140km within 24 hours in two classic ocean-going rowing boats.

Given the firm's long-standing reputation in the maritime industry, this is a cause with which we can all identify, and with which our firm should show solidarity.

About the charity
