What started out as a joke has turned into fundraising for an brilliant charity.

This is my amazing daughter Holly. She is 8 years old and is going to cut 8 inches off her hair to raise money for the Little Princess Trust.

Holly's Grandad had joked that when she had her hair trimmed she should save the hair and make him a wig (as he has little hair himself). I mentioned to Holly that some people did send their cut hair off to made into wigs for children with Cancer and Holly said straight away that she wanted to do this.

We checked the Little Princess Website and read that she needed to have at least 7 inches off. When I asked Holly if she wanted so much hair cut off she said YES and said she would have 8 inches cut off just to make sure there was enough hair :)

Holly has always had lots of long hair and loved it so this is a really special thing that she is doing and we would really appreciate any donation you could give.
