Not content with lack of sleep with a new baby, I have decided to maximise my tiredness and run a half marathon on 10th October.

The marathon is the Royal Parks Foundation Half (http://www.royalparkshalf.com/) and the charity is Sarah's employer Get Connected (http://www.getconnected.org.uk/home) - The young people's help resource of the under 25s.
