Hi Friends,

I am playing in a charity tennis tournament at with my partner (Rachel) this coming weekend (31^st Oct) and hoping very much that we can do ourselves proud. The event is in support of Save the Children and I am hoping that you can spare a little financial support for this very worthwhile charity.

As the tournament is not too much of a personal physical challenge in itself I have decided to separately pledge that for every £20 raised from you guys that I will target a personal weight loss of 1 pound (I need it if you hadn't noticed!). In the hope that I can raise £300 at this short notice this will mean I have to lose a stone (with all my bad habits this is quite a challenge and I need all the motivation I can get). My target will be to lose this weight as soon as possible and am aiming for 2 lbs per week starting 1st November. I will be donating £10 for every week I fail to keep this up.
