This Christmas we want to raise funds for Peterborough Soup Kitchen to help support the incredible work they do all year round, with Christmas always being a particularly challenging time for the charity. 

Based in our home city, Peterborough Soup Kitchen is a local charity for homeless and disadvantaged people from in and around Peterborough.​

Their aim is to ensure that anybody who turns up at our serving van receives hot soup, food and drinks throughout the year, whatever the weather conditions. 

To raise much needed funds and support these efforts, the IOE&IT team will be picking up their microphones (and musical instruments) to remotely record a special version of the Band Aid festive classic - Do they know it's Christmas.

We'll make sure the end result is distributed far and wide so whether you're encouraging us to get our vocal chords ready for action or if you've seen the video and were (inevitably) impressed, please do donate to this great cause.
