This is my third time doing the cycle. Having done it with each of my two sons to prove I am as fit as them, I'm now doing with my daughter this year for the same reason. 

And in memory of my father, who died in January of cancer.

And in memory of a good friend in our church who also died recently of cancer. 

And because it's a great cause. 

But mainly to prove to my kids I am as fit as them....
