By now you know about my marathon challenge.  Now a little bit about One4Kids.

One Solution established the charity One4Kids almost 5 years ago. Since then it has raised over £250,000 for charities in the UK and Africa.

The main fund raising activites involve staff and friends of One Solution to taking on challenging activities for which theyraise sponsorship.  One Solution meets the cost of the events meaning that all funds donated to the charity can be spent on its charitable works. 

The 2010 event is a marathon along the Northern rim of the Grand Canyon.  It is run at altitudes in excess of 7,000ft along rocky trails.  Madness?

Most probably.  But it is for a worthwhile cause.
