Thanks again to everyone
who sponsored me last year. I am doing it again this year and hope you will
sponsor me again. With Prostate cancer appearing in 1 in 8 white men and 1 in 4
black men, making it the most common cancer in men in the UK, I am a strong
supporter of this great cause. It's highly likely we will all know someone who
has or will be impacted by this disease

I am cycling from
Barnsley to Amsterdam, covering 145 miles in 2 days. with my brother in law,
Viv Anderson , Ex England , Forrest , Arsenal and  Man Utd , right
back. Viv is an ambassador for this great
charity and we are joined by 13 other friends this year appropriately named, The Manchester Podgy Pedlars 

With one man dying every 45 minutes because of
prostate cancer, it is more important than ever to increase the awareness and
support for such a great cause, I hope you can donate as generously as possible to
