This challenge is a 400 mile ride from Sheffield to Paris which I foolishly agreed to undertake, a mix of mid-life crisis, alcohol and an over ambitious competitive nature.  On reflection, after several training rides I fear the worst.

So, armed with copious tubs of chaffing cream and bibs (cycling shorts) that make me look like a cross between Borat and Mick McManus I will give it my my all, so dig deep and please give generously.
