<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.</p> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Employees of</span><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;"> Ingersoll Rand EMEIA</span></strong> have formed a team of volunteers to run the Brussels Half Marathon with a goal of not only improving our collective condition but more importantly to raise money to improve the lives of some of the world's poorest communities.</p> <p><strong>The Cause</strong>: All donations will go directly to Oxfam, a global organization helping the lives of the world's poorest people. The orgnization focuses on three key areas:</p> <p><em>Emergency Relief</em>: (currently East Africa food crisis, Ivory Coast and Pakistan floods</p> <p><em>Development Work:</em> Long term projects to enable the poorest people to solve their own problem and become self sufficient</p> <p><em>Campaining for change:&nbsp;</em>Engaging leaders to bring positive change in policy and practice.</p> <p><strong>The Event:</strong> The Brussels half marathon will take place on 2nd October with over 10,000 runners participting in the different events. The event starts in the Parc Cinquantenaire, taking in many of the sites of the city and culminating in the Grand Place 21Km later.&nbsp;</p> <p>Please give generously to help improve the quality of life of those most in need!</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
