Bandrum Nursing Home have chosen this fantastic charity for us to raise vital funds in memory of Irene. The staff at Bandrum looked after Irene amazingly for the two and a half years she spent there, and the family cannot thank them enough for all they have done. 

Penumbra is one of Scotland’s largest mental health charities. It supports around 1600 adults and young people every week and employs 400 staff across Scotland.

Founded in 1985, Penumbra work to promote mental health and wellbeing for all, prevent mental ill health for people who are ‘at risk’, and to support people with mental health problems.
