As many of you know, I am not the sportiest or most active person around. That is part of the reason I recently decided to get off the couch and start running. To set myself a decent challenge and do something good in the world, I have decided to run the Edinburgh 10k on May 2nd, with all money raised being donated to Focus Humanitarian Assistance.
