Hi everyone,

I'm running the half marathon on Sunday 24th of October with a few girls to raise money for Iraqi Orphans. I would love it if you could sponsor me as much as you can, even if its as little as a £1...a little goes a long way :)

The run is 13 miles long and training is pretty tough, i've so far only reached 3.5 miles in training! so got a long way to go..

Why i'm doing it for iraqi relief? Because i love kids and it breaks my heart to see a child without a home or food or a family and Iraq has too many kids in those conditions. In 2008 it was reported that there are 4.5 million orphans in Iraq with 500,000 living in streets. Only 450 are in orphan homes and 800 are in American Iraqi Prisons. (statistics from the Iraqi Ministry of Planning and Development Coordination)

The tragic situation means that many kids are living is awful conditions and poverty but WE can change that, WE can help.
