We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

As some of you will already be aware Issie, Lou and I will be spending the afternoon of Sunday 9th May 2010 taking part in an event called Walkies 2010. No surprise that this is dogcentric and comprises completing a 3-4 mile circuit starting at Barnes pond, crossing Barnes Bridge & through Duke's Meadows, along Chiswick & Hammersmith Malls, across Hammersmith Bridge returning to Barnes Green.

Although not perhaps the most arduous distance/terrain (except that Issie will be on a lead which will be very difficult for her) we are taking part in order to raise money for an excellent cause, Cancer Research UK, which we feel very strongly about and so we would ask you to support us and please make a donation.  White Stuff have very generously agreed to match whatever we raise so 'dig deep' as they say.

London pavements are not a natural home for a working cocker spaniel so give for her efforts!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Many thanks

Issie, Jane & Lou
