Story

Thanks for visiting our site. The Italian Job is a rally based upon the 1969 film of the same name. The aim is to raise money for children's charities.

KidsOut is the chosen charity for 2009. KidsOut aims to provide fun and happiness for disadvantaged children - children who have physical disabilities, learning difficulties, abused, terminally ill, underprivileged, single parent and ethnic minority families.

This year Brain Miller and Jerry Tanner will be driving Geoff Giles' replica of the Land Rover used in the original film.

Last year Geoff's 1969 Series 2a completed the course, but not without mishap. It is only with your encouragement, through sponsoring us, that we dare risk the venture again. For the sake of KidsOut we are prepared to do it - please will you support us?

So please, any amount would be really welcome, and you know you will be helping a truly worthy cause.

We depart for Rome on 15 October 2009.

Your donation goes to KidsOut, we are financing all of the trip ourselves.

Thanks

Brian and Jerry (Jeremy)
