Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I am in training to run 5k around Finsbury Park in aid of Cancer Research UK.  It woudl mean a lot to me if you could support me with as much as you can so I can exceed my goal of raising £300 for this amazing charity.  Most of us have been, or will be, affected by cancer and the pain and suffering it causes, so PLEASE, dig deep and lets help to increase understanding and cures for this horrible disease.

I have now completed my 5k run, and finished in the time of 37mins and 39secs, so I must have been doing something right in  the gym, and also doing the occassional  2 laps round Clissold Park, (2k a circuit), so I hope that everybody will be able to contribute  whatever they can to me for the very worthwhile cause Cancer Research UK.
