I am joining a  fully-supported bike ride in September.  We set off from Bordeaux on 5th September and cycle for 11 days (with a day off in the middle) over the Pyrenees to Barcelona, averaging 45 miles a day.  I have been training in the North York moors since mid-May and have clocked  up 1600 miles to date.
