Story
John A Hetherington, Grandpa, Dad and friend to many, gave time and assistance to everyone and anyone in need. There are many who were impacted, sometimes knowingly, sometimes not, by his unwavering commitment to the well-being of others, and the bottomless pools of grace and kindness he brought to many challenges.
Thomas and I are asking those who would like to recognize and remember JAH to consider using JustGiving to support the Braemar Mountain Rescue - a group of volunteers who support the success and well-being of the hill-walking and mountaineering community in the southern Cairngorms and Grampian Mountains of Scotland. Dad never needed their services, but held the organization in tremendously high regard for their selfless commitment to the well-being of others. We hope that you will join us in helping support these fine folk.
