I have decided to do something positive in memory of my dad Jim and am going to lose 2 stone through diet and exercise by March 18th (our wedding anniversary) to raise funds for Pancreatic Cancer UK.

This little known cancer is the 5th most prevalent in the UK and desparately needs more money to support sufferers, their families and for research.
