Fundraising for Spinal Injuries Association
Story
About 12 years ago, a good friend & collegue of mine had an accident on a pedal bike which resulted in a spinal cord injury. The impact on her life was huge, but with the help & support of family, friends & charities such as The Spinal Injuries Association, she made necessary adaptations & lives life to the full. I am running the 2010 London Marathon & have pledged to raise money for The Spinal Injuries Association. They aim to help people live a full & independant life after a spinal injury, providing support from when the injury occurs & for the rest of their lives.
