On 15th May I will be joining more than 70 of my colleagues from Unilever to remember our friend Mel Jaggard. We will be raising money to fund research at The Royal Marsden's Molecular Research Centre to understand the genetic pathways of Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma (ACC) to enable them to find targets and blockers for it.

Last year we raised £58,000 and this year, with more riders, we're aiming to raise a further £75,000.

Since last year my fitness has tailed off dramatically, so I'm back to square one on the training regime; miles cycled this year 39! There are a lot more required before I can think of setting off to Wales and your support will spur me on. Please give what you can, every £1 is going to a very good cause.
