On 14th August 2011 I will be cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats,taking the scenic route which will be approx 990 miles,averaging 71 miles a day.

I have decided to raise money for a local charity SPARKLE,which is a local charity dedicated to providing a purpose built centre and facilities helping the 1200 children with complex disabilities in the South Gwent area to have treatment,care,information,leisure facilities and consultation all under one roof.

This has been 12 years in the making,and has recently opened and still require £500,000 for specialised equipment.

 

So please dig deep and donate
