Jackie passed away peacefully at home in Potterspury on Boxing Day 2009 after a long, brave battle with a very rare cancer, pseudomyxoma peritonei. She was just 45. The funeral service will be held at All Souls Church, Kingsland Avenue, Coventry, CV5 8DX at 1pm on Tuesday 12th January. All are welcome.
