Yes - it is that time of year again when I dig out the bright orange t-shirt - no comments about looking like I've been tangoed - show off my lower legs and hoof around Hyde Park pushing a wheelchair - all Gill does is sit there giving her orders - no change there then!!!  But it is all for a good cause - so I'll do the hard work - you just have to do the easy bit and pledge money.

Without the facilities and treatments offered at the Hertfordshire Therapy Centre Gill's life would not be so comfortable.  They offer an invaluable service to her and many others like her.  Please support their work.
