Story

Hello to you all!

First of all thank you for coming this far, many will have hit the delete button I am sure.  Essentially this is the plan: I am attempting to walk 100k in one hit across the South Downs, hopefully taking about 30 hours or less, the Gurkhas - do this each year in 10 hours, but I plan on breaking their legs at the start line.

Oxfam is my charity of choice, why? a: because its a bloody good charity and money donated actually gets used for good rather than going on shit and b: they are hosting the event and sort of have the monopoly on it.

Anyway, I AM NOT SIMPLY ASKING YOU TO DONATE MONEY!! This is an opportunity to WIN MONEY FROM ME!

(However, any nice people who don't mind donating for nothing, I would appreciate this massively)

I'm sick of you doubters! So time to put your money where your mouth is.

I am putting odds on me retiring with horrendous blisters and or broken feet somewhere along the line, which in fairness, will probably happen.  All you have to do is donate and when you get asked to leave a message, state what exact kilometre I will fall to the floor and start crying - you are not allowed to go out the night before and cover your square kilometre in bear traps either, so no foul play.

Your stake will go to charity but I will personally pay you if you guess correctly so you won't be skanking Oxfam.

The Odds!

1-10km = 40-1

11-20km = 30-1

21-30km = 25-1

31-40km = 25-1

41-50km = 15-1

51-60km = 15-1

61-70km = 12-1

71-80km = 10-1

81-90km = 7-1

91-99km = 20-1

So, pick a kilometre and hope that I crash and burn.

Needless to say, I will be doing everything in my power not to bottle it and lose any money that I might be able to use for a holiday, however, if I do let me assure you - you will recieve your money..................................................................bitterly.
