I'm extremely proud to be running for Help the Hospices. They're an amazing charity, helping patients with cancer-related conditions and for people with a variety of incurable illnesses. They also offer care to family and friends, giving practical and emotional support both during the patient's life and into bereavement. One in three people across the UK have been touched with Hospice Care.

On a personal note, training for this event has had a tremendous, positive impact. It’s dramatically enhanced my health and fitness and strengthened my outlook on life. With your support I'd like to help others in a less fortunate place and give them the courage to live the end of their days in love and peace.
