Story

I have decided to put my runners on and enter my first 10k, to be held at Cirencester Park on the 26th September.

Training has been going well and I have the blisters to prove it ;0)

I aim to raise £1000 for a charity called The Glebe House Project.  Glebe House is our nominated charity at e2save and we organise a number of events throughout the year to support the charity going forward.

The Glebe House Project was established in 1983 and provides a varied range of quality services for adults and children of all ages with a learning disability who live in and around the Charnwood area, Leicestershire.

Music therapy is offered by the charity and I have seen at first hand the incredible benefits that this type of therapy can have on the people who use the services of the Glebe House Project. This is an extremely important and intense activity, that allows clients who may never have communicated before to communicate.

In addition the children’s services offered by the Charity include an after school club and a holiday play scheme.  These services are unique in the area.

More information can be found on their website at http://www.glebehouseproject.org.uk/

Please help me to continue to support the work of The Glebe House Project.

Thanks for your donation

James
