Story

I am running in the Wokingham and Reading half marathons in February and March to try and raise money for a charity that I am apart of called Cameroon Catalyst.

Cameroon Catalyst is a joint venture between Engineering students from the University of Southampton and the Mosame Trust.

Cameroon Catalyst is a project which began in 2009, with the aim to develop the health, education and welfare of rural villages in Cameroon through the design of long-lasting buildings and infrastructure. We undertake design work and raise funds in the UK to employ local craftsmen and builders in Cameroon.

This year we are aiming to raise £25,000 to help fund projects which are aimed at providing local people with the skills to maintain and run the existing projects and to improve housing in the village of Bambouti. I would be very grateful if anybody would like to sponsor me for the Great South Run, it doesn't matter how much every little helps!
