A team of us will be canoeing from Tonbridge to Gillingham at the end of June to raise money for MHS' charity of the year Mind. We are all novices so this won't be an easy challenge.

We live in a world where mental health is becoming more and more talked about. However there is still a huge stigma attached to the subject. And we want to raise awareness of this.

Mind believes that noone should have to face a mental heath issue alone. Whether its stress, depression or in a crisis.
