Hi all

Following on from last year James and Zak will be taking part in the Tri 4 Life at Dorney Lake on Sunday 5th September 2010.

Rather than creating two separate pages for sponsorship and nagging the same people twice we thought we would join forces and bring in the loot together.

This is a charity event so all the donations will go straight to the Emily Ash Trust a charity we have worked with for a while now. The purpose of the Trust is to help improve the lives of children who are suffering from cancer. This is not isolated to helping the children, but also in improving the lifestyle of the family unit. We are competing separately swim/bike/run (not that we are out to beat each other of course) so if you are feeling generous please do feel free to donate whatever you see fit!

It is a good day to come down and show your support or watch us suffer with plenty going on to keep kids entertained including a childrens scootathon if they are feeling adventurous.
