Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Last year I ran the 10k Manchester run with no training for Mummy's star. I told myself this time round i'd prepare myself!

However earlier this year in January I suffered from torn ankle ligaments (playing football) and thought i wouldn't be able to take part in the run this year. Nevertheless, I've just managed to start running again this last week so I'm going for it and have only 2 weeks to raise some money for the Alzheimer's society.
