Why do the Oxfam Trailtrekker 2013 challege? Having previously done Mont Blanc (2007), Yorkshire 3 Peaks (2009) and the National 3 Peaks (2011) we needed a new challenge to equal or better these.

Well the event is a distant memory and so is teh knee injury that unfortunately forced me to exit teh event at the Bronze stage - 42K - I jolted it decending Fountains Fell but managed to make it to teh checkpoint but after seeing the physio and doctor I was advised to finish.

The rest of the team continued on and managed the Silver checkpint - 60km - before exiting.
