It is that time of year again when i tackle the Manchester 10KM, this year i will be joined by&nbsp;employees from Fredricksons International based in Weybridge David Bradley, Michelle Nolan, Natalie Ince and Mark Robertson. Thankfully this year Manchester United wont have won the league the day before so i wont be running the course after a 15 hour session!</p> <p>This years charity is moodswings, a great cause and has helped thousands of people recover from life ups and downs the stars of corrie are ambassadors for the charity and Jennie mcAlpine(Fizz) will be presenting us with our running shirts on Monday 16th April.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
