Story
Well, it's my 50th birthday this year and I've decided to spend the year doing fun and memorable things. I volunteer at Farleigh Hospice and have seen the amazing work they do and how heavily they have to rely on donations from people like me and you. So.......throwing myself out of a plane (well, more realistically, being man-handled out of a plane) at 13,000 feet seemed like the obvious choice. Those of you who know me will know that I can barely look out out of a 3rd storey window, so what's another few feet? None of us know when we, or our loved one's, might need the services and care from those lovely people at Farleigh, so dig deep and donate what you can. I'm sure it will be worth it for the look of pure terror on my face in the obligatory skydive photo.
