Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I'm running the London 10K on Monday 31 May in an attempt to force myself to get out running and raise some money for a good cause in the meantime.  I've only ever run 5K races before so it's a bit unknown territory - so I'm relying on all of you giving money to guilt me into completing (a) the training and (b) the race!
