Hi Everyone,

In November 2011 I will be spending 5 days cycling through Kenya with an amazing group of ladies. We will all be raising money for 3 fantastic charities - BREAST CANCER CARE, JO'S CERVICAL CANCER TRUST and OVARIAN CANCER ACTION.

As Women V Cancer has reminded us 'This is not a holiday it's a challenge'. In fact it's 3 challenges - to get fit (that's a biggy!), to raise large amounts of money (even bigger) and lastly to complete the ride (huge).

Everyone at some stage in their lives have been affected by cancer. I have family and friends who have had to fight it and undergo treatment. Please help me raise enough money to enable these charities continue their great work.
