 I'm at it again. I will be running the British 10k on Sunday 11th July and would be very pleased if you could sponsor me for a very good cause, The Mayhew Animal Home, as they do a really good job of looking after abandoned and ill treated animals that come into there care and try their hardest to find loving forever homes.

They are one of the busiest and most successful at doing this. The Mayhew have no other funding apart from donations and people like you who will sponsor me, for doing silly things like this.

I will have paper sponsor forms for those who don't like the online bit.
