As most of you are aware I have been training for the Luton Marathon over the past few months.  I have never run a marathon before and certainly have not chosen the most glamorous of locations to do my first, that said, the time has come and the run is this Sunday.

Unfortunately the BBC has forecast heavy rain so there is no doubt it will be a hard slog!

I am raising money for the Alzheimer's Research Trust. My grandmother had this terrible degenerative disease and I want to raise money to support research into better understanding of it.
