I'm launching myself out of a perfectly good plane in memory of my wife Claire's grandad who I never got to meet and George Williamson, a very dear friend of us both. They both spent their last days in the care of the Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice.

I hope I do them both proud.

These guys really do look after people in their time of need. Wouldn't it be nice to give a bit back to the heros in the community that may (one day) be there for us when we need them?
