I am riding from Lands End to John 'o' Groats over 14 days to raise awareness for SUDEP Action  - the only charity in the UK that specialises in support and assistance for families bereaved by Epilepsy. 

Our friends lost their son Ollie last year to SUDEP - he was healthy, happy and 28 years old. 

None of us were aware that Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy existed, so today we start our journey to raise awareness and money to help this important charity. 

The route takes us across 1000 miles of the UK and we hope to bring our message to whoever we meet along the way. 

If we can increase awareness and help raise funds for SUDEP Action and their research, we might just get closer to understanding how we can try to stop these tragic losses.

This is for Ollie  - who loved to cycle but couldn’t because of his Epilepsy -  we will keep on pedalling !
