We fund life saving medical research to beat the world's biggest killers.

Story

In May 2003, my husband Jason Stone or Jay as he was known was taken from us by ischaemic heart disease.  He left behind his 2 year old son Bradley, the day before his 3rd birthday and an 11 week old daughter Millie.  We were all heart broken and still miss him desperately.  He was only 32 years old and completely unaware of this terrible disease that takes so many people away from their families prematurely.

I am determined to complete the London Marathon 2016 as a heart runner for this great cause and hopefully raise a fantastic amount of money to help the Heart Foundation beat this condition.  I do not want anyone else to go through what me and my family had to go through after Jay's sudden death.  Knowing Jay is up there watching over us will get me through my training and help me finish this fantastic event, along with my family and friends who I know will be very supportive.
