Hi everyone.

I am doing the Manchester 10K on the 16th May.....I know.....bit of a shocker hey?

I am doing it to try and raise money for Brain Tumour UK, a charity which is very important to many of my closest friends.  It is a tragic story and I'd very much like your support to help such a worthwhile cause. 

Typical me....leaving things until the last minute...hence the low target of £300. Please help me smash this number, and I promise I'll smash Paula Radcliffe's 10K personal best!!
