Having come over to the UK fom South Africa in 1990 with a back-pack and year-return ticket, I find myself still running!  Although on this occasion a very structured run indeed......the 2011 London Marathon on behalf of a great cause the Nyika-Vwaza UK Trust.  My four young children together with my husband Scott keep me fit, not to forget my new found personal trainer -our loveable irish-setter- who takes me on humongous runs around the Vale of York where we now reside. 

 

All funds raised go directly to the conservation work on the Nyika and Vawza Marsh and helps to preserve the unique environments they have as well as providing the local people with an opportunity to develop their conservation skills. Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
